My name is Kate Marchant; a professionally qualified HR specialist widely experienced at providing HR support at a senior level in the corporate world. I have worked at a senior level supporting business leaders in managing their people also helping employees achieve career aspirations. I pride myself on an open, pragmatic and, dare I say, jargon free approach to HR solutions whilst maintaining a commercial focus.
Having worked for larger organisations I have taken the decision to branch out on my own as I really want to help SME’s navigate the sometimes-complex area of managing people in a way that suits their own ethos and culture.

Running HR can review all your existing policies and employment contracts and make recommendations for any changes and/or the introduction of any new or missing policies and procedures. This includes support on the roll out of any new policies, procedures or schemes. Having the correct documentation in place is critical in order to protect your business and we will be able to ensure that you are fully up-to-date.
